Halley Summer Reading Challenge

When you have finished reading your 'must reads' choose your favourite then you can vote for that title. You will also be expected to add a comment to tell us why you chose the book as your winning title! You can cast your vote in your class area.

The voting will be live throughout August so make sure you vote by the 31st! You must access the books via our new myOn website.

Silly Squad Summer Reading Challenge

This year the Summer Reading Challenge will celebrate happiness, fun and laughter! Join the team of seriously funny animals as they get up to all sorts of mischief and mayhem in some of the best books around!

Children taking part can borrow books from the Ideas Store’s fantastic e-Library for free!

Mondays

Silly Squad S-quiz! [Ages 6 – 12 years]

Mondays from 13 July to 24 August, 2 – 3pm

Squash into a S-quiz! Filled with questions to test your knowledge on a range of silly rounds! A heebie-jeebies helter-skelter ride.

Bring silly alive with our friends at ArtburstTummy-tickling tales, ridiculous creations and wibbly-wobbly dance moves!

Tuesdays

Silly Squad Chaotic Charades! [Ages 6 – 12 years]

Tuesdays from 14 July to 25 August, 2 – 3pm

Test your acting skills by miming a book or film and see if others can guess the name. Bamboozling fun!
