Admissions and School Transfers
The policy and arrangements for admission to the school are set out in the Local Authority's school admissions booklet 'Starting School in Tower Hamlets', which can found on the Tower Hamlets website.

Prospective Halley parents and carers are welcome to visit the School at any time and are encouraged to visit the school during the day, whilst the children are learning, in order to see the various learning activities and and see first-hand the provision Halley has to offer.

If your child was born between 1 September 2019 and 31 August 2020 and does not attend nursery, you can apply for a nursery place for the 2023/24 school year by making an application online via Parent Portal.

Appointments should be made by making an appointment via the School Office.

We don’t currently have any school tours planned, but if you are interested in your child attending Halley, please provide us with your details and we will happily contact you to arrange a time for you to visit the school.
Transfers
Applications for in-year transfers and admissions must be made through the Tower Hamlets Parent Portal.
